How to Track Your Shipment

We want to make sure your tools and supplies arrive safely and on time. As soon as your order is packed and leaves our facility (typically within 1 to 3 business days), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

This email contains your official carrier tracking number (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) along with a direct tracking link.

To check the real-time status of your delivery:
1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
2. Click on the tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number.
3. Paste the number directly into the carrier's official website tracking portal.

Please note: It can take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking tracking history after it leaves our location.
